What are the cut-off times for same-day shipping?
Orders placed by 4:00PM EST will be shipped the same day. Drop ship orders requiring US Postal Service Manifesting need to be placed by 2:00 PM EST for same day shipment. Of course, DDP can accommodate your emergency needs as they arise… just call 1-800-437-4455 and a Trained Sales Representative will help resolve your issue.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. DDP fully recognizes the value of excess inventory sitting on your shelf. Please purchase what you need when you need it.
Does DDP offer free shipping?

Help! I forgot my username and/or password.

I keep trying to log-in with my username and password, but it’s not working. What is the problem?
For security reasons, if you log-in incorrectly three times or more, your account will be locked. Should this occur, please call 1-800-437-4455 and we will be happy to reset your account and help with any issue you may be experiencing.
Can I create additional log-ins for others in my company?
Absolutely. Once you have logged in to the website, click on the user link on either the top or bottom of the main screen. At the bottom of the user screen, click on the Add A New User link. Then assign a User ID and all the pertinent information for that user. Click submit and the new User ID will be immediately established.
